Your data and privacy

What stays on your iPhone

Your health records, meals, sleep, workouts, journal and chats are stored on your iPhone. Health data is not synced to iCloud.

What is sent, and when

To answer you, your ELO sends what it needs to our AI on Cloudflare, only after you allow it. Life OS shows what is sent and to whom before the first time. Turn it off in Settings, in the section with your ELO's name.

Backups

Settings, Your data, Backup: your data is encrypted on your iPhone with a key kept in your iCloud Keychain, then stored. We cannot read it.

Export

Settings, Your data, Export everything gives you all of it as files.

Deleting

Settings, Account, Delete account removes your account and everything we hold for it. Data on your iPhone goes when you delete the app.

ELO Connect is public

Your ELO Connect profile, posts and comments can be seen by other people. You can make your comments private.
