The Spaces
Each part of your life has a Space. They share one set of data, so each reads the others.
Sleep
Your night is scored out of 100 from duration, rhythm, efficiency and restoration, using your Apple Watch. Tonight's bedtime moves with your training and sleep debt. Tap the score for how each part was measured.
Readiness
How ready you are today, from heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and yesterday's strain, against your own last weeks. A line of advice sits under the score.
Fitness
Start a strength session, a run, a walk or a ride. Strength sessions are guided set by set with rest timers. Log anything else in a sentence: "30 minute run". Your plan adapts to what you did and how you slept.
Nutrition
Tap the camera to photograph a meal: each food is named and weighed, and you check it before it is logged. Tap any item to change it, or tell it what is wrong in a sentence. You can also type or say what you ate. Drinks count as drinks: a coffee adds caffeine, not water.
Water
Log a glass from Home, the Watch, a widget or the + button. Your target follows the weather and your training.
Mind
A two-second check-in on Home, and a journal that writes back. Your journal stays on your iPhone.
Your day
One list for today with your calendar in it. Add tasks from the list, the + button or the chat. Reminders can be for a time or a place.
