Report content that infringes your copyright
Send a notice to hello@eloai.io with the subject "Copyright notice", including:
- The work you say is infringed.
- Where the content is: a link to the post or profile, or a screenshot showing it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable the content and tell the person who posted it.
If your content was removed
If you believe it was removed by mistake or you had the right to post it, send a counter-notice to the same address with: what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any court where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice; and your signature. Unless the person who sent the notice tells us within 10 to 14 business days that they have gone to court, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
